But more than that? I’m someone who built a career and business with limited resources, no blueprint, and a lot of faith.

I started at the front desk making $10 an hour—and today, I manage multimillion-dollar initiatives, advise founders, and mentor professionals navigating what’s next in their careers and businesses. I’ve lived the in-between seasons. That’s why I created Work Redefined—for the people like me.

To help professionals, founders, and multihyphenates build meaningful careers and businesses—without burning out, shrinking, or waiting for permission.

My Story

I didn’t start with a plan—or privilege.

I had a degree but no direction. Drive but no access. I was underpaid, overwhelmed, and unsure how to move forward.

But I kept going. I trusted God.

I worked jobs that didn’t fit. I got laid off. I freelanced. I experimented.

I learned how to navigate corporate systems while building something of my own. And eventually—I figured out how to turn my lived experience into a career I loved and a business that creates opportunity for others.

Today, I serve both professionals and founders who are navigating that same tension—the desire to grow, pivot, and build something meaningful, but without a map or a full team.

I exist to support the in-betweeners—those building from scratch, with vision but not always with resources.
